The District Sales Manager Lighting will have a good professional understanding of the commercial lighting industry and also be able to implement the strategies of customers; as well as achieve profitable sales. Also will be managing direct sales representatives or independent agencies. He will be keen on maximizing the value of the business within the Pacific Northwest District.

District Sales Manager Lighting Responsibilities:
Achieve budgeted sales volumes, profit margin and prices within the district.
Implement sales plans, forecast, monitor sales effort and performance against the budget and also take corrective actions to contribute to overall business plans.
Negotiate prices and contracts within the limits of sales plans and also policy.
Coordinate all the necessary internal resources in order to obtain objectives, and also training of the agents. As well as support marketing and local sales force.
Prepare the annual accounting plan regarding to the zone accounting plan and implement the sales strategies.
Guide negotiations of the sales representative/agent with specifiers or customers, and also contractors about the sales actions.
Analyze and report the sales expectations, results, competition market, and trends.
Maintain all sales tools (Salesforce.com, Solution Selling, Vendavo) and also provide accurate forecasting for sales
District Sales Manager Lighting Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any business discipline
MBA is favorable
At least five years sales experiences; three years of experience managing indirect and/or direct channel partners
Strong knowledge of lighting business and good knowledge of applications and products
Excellent knowledge of the Lighting Rep agency strategies and also performance monitoring
Experience within Salesforce.com
Leadership capabilities and skills
Lighting Certified is a plus
LED Certified is a plus
LEED Certified is favorable
Controls Certified is favorable
Good relationship building skills with customers, distributors, and also industry associations
Ability to close deals.
