Your challenge as a Key Account Manager will be:
Develop, maintain and improve relationships with main key accounts in order to set or keep Philips as a preferred supplier.
Initiate and coordinate all Philips Lighting efforts to the different accounts to maximize results of any sales group.
Create a strategic plan for the key accounts for two years, where budgeted targets will be translated to a specific strategy.
Drive the efforts and performance of key-account teams.
The Key Account Manager End User Sales Industry & Office Responsibilities:
Select target group and collaboration closely with, also through segment marketing and sales management.
Differentiate Philips systems and services offerings tactically and strategically by understanding business drivers and knowledge of competition; as well as apply the suitable mix of technologies.
Create solutions which deliver excellent lighting systems which promote productivity, sustainability and safety.
Drive good level of customer satisfaction, also manage and maintain good customer relationships and manage deal pipeline.
Delivery of AOP Sales targets
Feed chain control to keep an effective grip on projects and also updating Salesforce.com
Inform, involve and collaborate with the sales colleagues in order, delivery, acquisition, and after sales.
Implement, monitor, create, and correct the periodic acquisition plan.
The Key Account Manager End User Sales Industry & Office Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Commercial orientation (Sales, Marketing) or any technical orientation (Electronics, Engineering, Computer Sciences)
Minimum of five years’ experience in key account management and also consultative selling principles at any fast paced technology field.
At least a few years of experience presenting Systems and Services to accounts
Excellent Language skills for both English/Dutch
Focus on customers to create customer satisfaction
Understand the cycles of complex sales at a strategic level.
Understand the financial implications of different solutions for the customers.
Have strong stakeholder management skills for parties (internally and externally).
Collaborative, adaptive, and execute flawlessly
Deliver on commitments and also communicate with impact; as well as have good organizational abilities.
