The company currently has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager End Users Sales (Office & Industry) to join the team
Key Account Manager End Users Sales Challenges:
Maintain, develop, and improve relationships with a number of major accounts to set or keep Philips as the preferred supplier.
Initiate and also coordinate all the efforts to major accounts to increase the output of sales group.
Create a plan for each major account for two years while the budgeted targets will be translated to a specific actions as well as a strategy.
Key Account Manager End Users Sales Responsibilities:
Select a target group in cooperation with the intercession of Segment Marketing and Sales Management.
Differentiate Philips Lighting systems and services offers tactically and also strategically thorough the knowledge of competition, understand business drivers, as well as apply mix of technology.
Create solutions that will deliver a developed lighting system which will promote safety, productivity, and sustainability.
Aim for good results of customer satisfaction, as well as maintain and manage customer relations and also manage deal pipeline.
Deliver the AOP sales targets (Services Sales and Systems)
Feed chain control, to keep an active grip on projects and also follow updates on Salesforce.com
Professional cooperation with system architect, customer service desk, and system center in order to work efficiently and secure Philips Lighting performance.
Collaborate with the sales colleagues in order, delivery, acquisition, and also after sales.
Create, monitor, correct, and also implement the periodic plan.
Key Account Manager End Users Sales Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Sciences, …) or a commercial field (Sales, Marketing, …)
At least five years of experience in account management and also consultative selling principles at fast paced industry.
A few years’ experience in services to accounts and also presenting systems
Excellent Dutch and English language skills
Understanding sales cycles at a strategic level.
Ability to trace commercial opportunities with discipline of closing the deals.
A good team player, as well as collaborate proficiently in the organization with a good spirit. Also share commercial leads and knowledge where relevant.
Excellent stakeholder management qualifications for both external and internal parties.
