The company has an excellent opportunity for a Key Account Manager Export – French-Speaking West African Countries to be a member of its team.
As a Key Account Manager Professional Trade, you will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with the assigned accounts in West African countries with French speaking in Professional Trade channel to maximize sales and also profitability.
The Key Account Manager Export responsibilities will be:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with major personnel at the assigned accounts.
Implement sales plan with major accounts in order to increase sales and also maximize profitability.
Meet AOP sales and also margin targets
Achieve revenue and margins for the major accounts
Establishing high-level of customer satisfaction and partnership
Manage and also maintain customers’ relationships; as well as manage deal pipeline.
Cooperating efficiently and effectively with the colleagues & departments.
The Key Account Manager Export qualifications will be:
A Degree in Technology, Business Management, Economy, with marketing specialization. Also, MBA is preferable.
A candidate with good experience in dealing with customers at West African countries – French speaking (Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Male, etc.)
Proven five years in achieving sales target in a multi-cultural, fast paced, complex, matrix reporting environment
At least three years of value-based selling in a customer/market facing role.
Strong communication skills and also able to engage with employees at any level of the company.
Able to pursue the commercial opportunities with discipline & energy and also to close deals in spite of challenges
Result driven and energetic personality
Able to work individually.
Fluency in English and French.
