Key Account Manager should be a good relationship builder; also enjoy making new connections with a large network of industrial End User clients. Also, you should have an experience in business development and account management.
Key Account Manager Industrial End User Responsibilities:
Understanding opportunities and sector drivers to develop tactics and strategies to achieve a profitable growth. Communication between procurement, FM suppliers, and national delivery.
Developing and implementing professional account strategies for the key customers across Industrial End Users and FM providers for the National & International Estates
Building and maintaining a mix of the key accounts that selling full available service packages across the group. Includes lighting brands, Turnkey installation, and finance.
Developing a wide range of personal contacts in the key accounts in order to facilitate the effective sales and also business development.
Key Account Manager Industrial End User Requirements:
The KAM should have a general understanding of lighting, LED or smart building field.
A relevant experience in an industrial End User sales role.
You should records of working success in previous similar roles, also develop good and long-term relationships with clients and customers.
You should have a desire to develop yourself, as well as an evidence of development in previous organizations.
