It is now looking for a Key Account Specification Manager to be part of the team.
As a Key Account Manager, you should be a relationship builder and make new connections, also has a desire to assist others. As well as you need to have an experience in business development and account management. You will be working for a global leading brand in the field of lighting, smart building and LED.
Key Account Specification Manager Responsibilities will be:
Produce and deliver strategic sales management and account development plans.
Develop and grow major specification accounts, include architects and also engineers.
Take ownership of sales budget, delivering sales, mix results and margin.
Work closely with the colleagues locally, and internationally in order to deliver customer satisfaction, engagement and loyalty at high levels.
Maintain a strong understanding of the area’s construction and also lighting markets, landscape and drivers to adapt and develop tactics to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.
Develop yourself and others in the elements of this role.
Key Account Specification Manager Qualifications will be:
Key Account Manager should have a good understanding of the lighting, smart building and/or LED sector
A previous experience in a specification sales role.
Ability to prove success in a previous similar role; also develop excellent relationships with clients and customers
You should have and experience in a Service Organization is preferable.
