The company is looking for a Lighting Business Development Manager to join its team.
The Business Development Manager will join the sales organization and also report to the Regional sales manager. Also, BDM will be selling industrial Lighting solutions, mainly to contractors & consultants in Midlands. You should be a professional, as well as, have a strong working knowledge of Lighting from design or commercial experience. You will have to travel three to four days per week on average; between clients’ meetings and this will depend on the ongoing projects.
Lighting Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Achieving set sales targets and also margin
Continuous monitoring and improving of conversion rate of the quotes to orders for Midlands
Introducing Eaton and also Cooper Products to provide a wide range of solutions of products to different Customers
Call on and developing of relationships with the customers through their organizations
Assisting in the collaboration of teams activities with the sales teams and the internal departments
Understanding products and the competitive positions in the area and also communicating the customers’ satisfaction and needs through understand the company strategies, program policies, and CRM
Understand the suitable customer services systems and also commitment to execute them.
Provide upper management with the monthly valuable market information, including actions planned, results achieved, as well as, business conditions
Maintaining company documentation, expenses and also projects tracking systems
Lighting Business Development Manager Qualifications:
Strong professional knowledge of Lighting, also a training will be available
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Driving license – UK
