Philips Lighting is a world leading company in the lighting businesses (Systems, Services, and Products), they are leading the industry and market in the connected lighting services and systems. The company is now looking for a Lighting Project Manager Philips to join the team.
As the Project Manager, you will provide the required support for a number of agents by watching over all their activities related to pre-order and also post order requirements.
Main duties including monitor the opportunity for any new news, and also coordinate pre-order activities with supply chain in order to deliver them successfully; as well as monitor orders through production process and resolve issues as required to guarantee high levels of customer and agent satisfaction.
Agent Project Management: Coordinating the fulfillment of order activities across the whole Philips organization.
Serving as the central point for agents to coordinate requests for project forecasting, commitment, scheduling, and any also necessary changes.
Working closely with the Area Sales Manager in order to understand the opportunity pipeline to engage the supply chain in requesting orders of components if order clarity and probability are around the scope and also will make the investment a good decision for both of customers and the company.
Lighting Project Manager Philips Qualifications:
Associate degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience as project manager at construction projects with forecasting and scheduling; or any equivalent education and also experience in a relative industry.
Experience in supporting and knowledge of the lighting products including luminaires and fixtures is preferable
Experience in lamps and any other lighting product is preferable
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; also able to develop strong relationships with agents over telephone
Detailed oriented, also ability to work under limited supervision
Able to organize workload, multi-task, and prioritize; as well as able to meet deadlines and overcome obstacles within fast-paced surroundings
Good computer skills (Word and Excel); also ability to learn new systems
Desirable Lighting Project Manager Requirements:
Bachelor degree is highly recommended and also work in Lighting industry organizations
Understand the lighting fundamentals, proficiency in Auto-CAD and also able to perform lighting layouts
Experience in lighting industry is preferable as a project manager or inside sales
