They currently have an interesting opportunity for a Manufacturing Project Manager to join the company and be a member of its team.
The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for the developing and also delivering of the strategic manufacturing projects regarding to business needs. As well as, you will work on subjects where analysis of data and situations requires a strong knowledge and understanding of the organizational objectives.
The Manufacturing Project Manager responsibilities will be as follow:
Establishing and assuring the commitment to schedules and also performance requirements
Managing industrial footprint, as well as executing expansion projects
Providing good inputs for the development of industrial requirements
Determining and evaluating the capacity requirements of the NPI projects
Calculating production capacity requirements with respect to forecasting
Identifying available new production locations based on the business plans
Monitoring the outsourced installed production capacity
Performing value stream mapping (VSM) with suppliers
Executing line balancing
Checking and also validating manufacturing value added (MVA) quotations of the suppliers
Escalating channel for quality issues and also line stops
Defining new requirements of the equipment
The Manufacturing Project Manager requirements will be as follow:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Industrial Engineering or any related discipline
At least seven years of working experience in a related manufacturing environment
Good skills of Lean Manufacturing
Possess analytical, planning, and also problem-solving skills is a must
Good communication skills (written – verbal)
Fluent in English, Russian (written – spoken) is a plus
Ability to travel (up to 35% approximately of your time)
