Samsung Semiconductor is a global leader in System LSI, Storage, Memory, and also Display & LCD technologies. The OLED Marketing Manager will be managing and driving existing and new business with current accounts, also focusing on (OLED) display products.
The Marketing Manager will be a member of a team which is responsible for all activities from an initial promotion to ongoing account management. This role has responsibilities include sales and marketing activities, collateral drafts, monitor sales operations, promotion of the strategic products; and also maintain communication with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve high-level of a customer satisfaction while maximize sales streams.
OLED Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic plans for the new products and technologies to current and targeted customers with an approach to secure RFQ for any upcoming products
Cooperating with product planning for a strategic direction and also needed specifications into the targeted markets or applications
Conducting customer meetings in person daily or weekly, also when required to provide support and also discuss the current issues. As well as providing updates and discuss current and new business and also build excellent relationships
Address customer problems and also issues through collecting facts, gaining SSI and SDC, recommending solutions, and management support
Providing customer support for product information, demonstrations, roadmaps, delivery quotations, and prices
Identifying and helping new business opportunities
Reporting progress to the management on issues or opportunities and also providing support when required
Updating key activities throughout weekly reports for the executive review
Communicate daily with HQ team about pending and also new issues, delivery insight based on customer feedback; as well as establish the execution plans
Draft presentations for major internal meetings
OLED Marketing Manager Skills:
Bachelor’s technical degree, or five years of management experience within consumer electronics, Tier 1 account is preferable
Strong presentation skills
Global travelling to Asia (approximately one time per quarter), also local customer visits (this will be multiple times every week)
Experience in Semiconductor, Display OLED/LCD is highly preferable, MBA or MS is a plus
