Regional Account Manager Lighting

The Regional Account Manager Lighting will work closely and also report to the Regional Sales Manager; at this role you will be assisting and supporting a sales process to the Wholesalers and also local contractors.

Regional Account Manager Lighting Functions:

  • Provide a good level of support and service to the customer base.
  • Product focus and attention to details will help with improving business growth that will drive you to success in sales.
  • Insist on meeting the customers’ needs with an ability to effect on both internally & externally to deliver a very good service.
  • Work effectively with the BDM in the sales team to ensure closing of communication and also success in transactional duties.
  • Work with the local contractors on Tier two and three projects
  • Ensure applying highest safety levels and standards and also MESH, Eaton’s Safety Culture; as well as the National procedures and guidelines.
  • Deal professionally with the customer complaints, disputes, and quotes.
  • Suggest innovative ideas, in order to keep moving forward, improve the market, maximize turnovers and profits.
  • Supporting the RSM in the development and execution of the agreed strategy for the regional sales.
  • Achieve a sales target and also a margin level
  • Supporting the growth within the area
  • Continuous monitoring and improving of conversion rate of quotes.
  • Responsible for maintaining the good level of sales with existing key accounts within the area

Regional Account Manager Lighting Requirements:

  • Should have a solid ambition and determination to achieve in the sales
  • Must be organized and motivated with accuracy and also attention to details
  • Have an academic ability to carry out this role successfully.
  • Should have a good understanding of the sales processes, project management and strategies.
  • Be approachable and also communicating at all levels in a clear manner.
  • Value selling
  • Achieve business success
  • Travel 75% of the time.
