Sales Manager Dubai Responsibilities:
Developing and executing sales and marketing programs and plans (short & long range) for the sector, in order to ensure profit growth and also expanding products and services.
Developing long term and annual action plans that designed to ensure achieving and meeting the company targets for growth.
Ensure accurate quotations of the project in the assigned areas.
Preparing timely & accurate sales analysis by using CRM and any other tools, also keep them updated weekly; as well as provide management with information related to forecast and sales results.
Driving technical support to customers at the area, also provide the required training for the customers at the assigned area to ensure that they achieve the necessary level to deliver and handle Eaton products.
Maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure the company’s position in the market.
Providing guidance and advice to manufacturers regarding the product requirements for the markets with objective of getting maximum market share and also sustainable growth.
Undertaking distributor management to achieve client satisfaction
Communicating and connecting with other Eaton divisions to deliver and support cross selling.
Visiting consultants and designers locally and/or overseas to influence new project designs.
Sales Manager Dubai Requirements:
Have a clear knowledge of best practices by using EN / NFPA platform.
Understand the local market within the assigned area, also Voice of Customer and benchmarking.
Contributing to New Product Development process in collaboration with the Product Manager providing market specific necessities and linked with the local certification and also market VOC to ensure that Product portfolio is competitive and attractive
Providing support for project management and special quotes.
Organizing training and supporting sales team with key account visits.
Participate in local market while launching new product lines and also deploy training to the customers and team.
Participate in specific marcom activities.
Coordinating country-specific New Product Introduction and New Product Development
