The Company is now hiring a Sales Manager Value Added Partner to join the team; also this is a national role that is focusing on South East region.
The Sales Manager VAP will have a responsibility for developing sustainable, long-term and profitable sales of the Philips Lighting services and systems, from the strategically aligned and targeted Value Added Partners; also, this will be on solution to market and national and basis.
Sales Manager Value Added Partner Responsibilities will be as follow:
Pull-through the demand creation of the channel.
Growing of the existing partners, as well as, their current Key Account Management and financial success.
Selecting and targeting of the new partners in order to strengthen and cover Philips Lighting general market; providing new solutions to the market in Connected Lighting.
Ensure full arrangement with the European and Global Value Added Partner program, while focusing on the local UKI deliverables.
Be an ambassador for the channel and the VAP network in all internal & external forums.
Sales Manager Value Added Partner Requirements will be as follow:
To maintain and acquire up-to-date information on commercial, technical, and also service development of the market.
Persistent approach to work with a self-starter and self-motivated approach to the business.
Able to have a good performance under pressure and deliver good results also.
Excited individual and have a flexible nature to do what is needed in order to achieve ambition.
Team player and also proven analytical skills.
