As a Sales Specialist – Philips Lighting you will have a responsibility for maintaining, checking and also developing the market position with the customers from DIY wholesalers in Sweden.
The Sales Specialist responsibilities will be as follow:
You will be executing the sales activities in the assigned area
Analyzing the sales data through using the root cause analysis
Managing customer requirements; as well as, strengthen and also follow up customers’ relationships via building up an excellent strategic consultative sales plans
In addition, you will be following up the product placement and also the range of the store
Sales of activities, events, and campaigns in the departments and stores
Travelling through the assigned area (up to 85%)
The Sales Specialist qualifications will be as follow:
Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or any related field
At least five years’ experience in commercial setting role (B2B or B2C sales); also experience in a DIY environment is a plus
Good knowledge of sales theories, principles, and concepts
Formulate the solutions for partial- technical problems by merging previous experiences based on internal sales and also technical analysis
Able to achieve sales targets
Strong communication skills
Should be enthusiastic, good team player and also good at building new relationships
You are well organized and structured
A solution and result oriented to the role is needed
Fluent English and Swedish language skills
