Strategic Account Manager Responsibilities
The Strategic Manager will have the following tasks:
Research customers’ competencies and develop plans for growing various opportunities at existing and also new customers.
Foster, oversee, and facilitate all the various activities and plans for key, and strategic accounts for the assigned customers.
Lead the quoting and sales process, as well as working directly with the engineers and also manufacturers in order to develop Solid State Lighting solutions for the lighting customers. As well as, provide engineering advices of customers’ needs for costs and performance and also participate in creating Solid State Lighting solutions for the automotive lighting customers.
Continuous learning of the SSL updates and technologies independently and also with the engineering colleagues.
Providing the full Solid State Lighting solutions.
Coordinating of meetings with the customers. Also, growing high-level of trust and good relationships with customers.
Managing Novita to the customer perceptions and working in order to make Novita the main “Supplier of Choice”.
Strategic Account Manager Requirements
The Strategic Manager will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
At least five years of sales experience, as well as, minimum of ten years of the automotive lighting experience are mandatory.
Solutions oriented and solving problems personality
Enthusiastic to continue learning of the new techniques
Good communication skills and interpersonal qualifications
Ability to build new strong relationships with the customers
